This week is Mental Health week and the theme is Expressing yourself. Expressing yourself is an important way to make children feel good about who they are. Children can express themselves in many creative ways through: art, music, cooking, drama, film, photography and poetry. Expressing yourself is not about being the best at something, it is more about showing others something you enjoy, that makes you feel good. This is particularly important at the moment, when we are all so restricted. I wonder what your children might draw or make, perhaps you could share it virtually with your family and friends or your teacher. I hope you have fun in the process.
